Bill Macaleer

Bill has helped solve business problems in areas of planning, staffing, human resources and other areas for 40 years. He has been a member of senior management where many business issues were debated and resolved. In his 15 years of management and human resources consulting experience, Bill has worked with manufacturing, petrochemical, high-tech, financial services, insurance and environmental services firms. He has helped clients address many challenges including performance management systems, growth and change, compensation incentives, planning and staffing issues. Bill is the founding partner and a native or the Delaware Valley area. He is a graduate of Princeton University and a former Navy officer.

George Zukerman

In his more than 30 years of consulting and corporate human resources experience, George has managed significant groups of employees in large companies and been a one-person Human Resources department in start-ups. As a member of the senior management team, George has been involved in rapid growth, acquisition and downsizing issues. With experience in the U.S. and overseas, working in industries from high-tech and manufacturing to pharmaceuticals, George has experience in many areas, including search, staffing, change and growth issues, building effective teams, compensation and performance management. He heads our Search and Staffing practice area. George has a B.S. in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from UCLA.

Jones Shannon

Jones has more than 30 years of human resources management experience. He is skilled in turning human resources challenges into successful improvement initiatives. Working primarily with small- and mid-sized businesses, Jones has established and led human resource departments in organizations ranging from retail to technology-based businesses. Jones' particular areas of focus include assessment, enhancement of Human Resources functions, integration of competency modeling into HR processes, design and implementation of performance management processes, design and facilitation of individual development programs, and coaching individuals through career transitions. Jones holds a BA degree from Oberlin College and a Masters in Teaching from Brown University.

Dick Haviland

Dick has more than 25 years of human resources and organization development experience. He has worked at every organizational level, from membership on the executive team to implementing plant, division and corporate level initiatives. Dick has worked with manufacturing, technology, information services, financial services, non-profit and high education organizations. He has advised companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 firms.

Dick's particular areas of expertise include corporate strategic planning, management assessment, leadership development, coaching, organization design & development, deployment of human resources, linking business strategies & capabilities, merger & acquisition integration, high performance competency models, and customized training and development programs. Dick holds a graduate degree in counseling and is an accredited Organization Development Consultant and certified Crosby Quality Instructor.

Linda Raynor

Linda has worked in the human resources profession for over 25 years. She has managed entire human resources functions for organizations as well as serving as a consultant providing a wide variety of expertise and services to clients. Linda is especially adept at designing and implementing basic human resources programs and is an excellent recruiter. Her experience and organization management studies make her effective in addressing organizational and change issues.

As a consultant to management, she has implemented training programs to address team building, organization issues and performance management. Linda facilitated a cultural shift within an organization and the integration of an acquisition into the business. She has developed numerous training programs for organizations such as Warner-Lambert, Bell Atlantic and NYNEX. At Warner Lambert, she was involved in the integration of the new corporate values into their performance management system. At Fisher & Porter and Amerada Hess, Linda worked in the compensation and benefits areas designing and implementing programs. She implemented a Hay position evaluation program and had supervisor responsibility over multiple staff. Linda has a degree in Organization Management from Eastern College and is a member of a number of professional associations.

Sharon Fiore

Sharon worked for several years for AMOCO Corporation as a recruiter and assisted with the revisions of the recruitment process. She upgraded the orientation program for new hires while managing the highest volume recruiting assignment location because of her proven productivity.

Sharon served as Manager of Human Resources for AXON Corporation where there was high growth and a changing environment. She designed and implemented a number of key programs including an effective performance appraisal system. Sharon was able to reduce the cost for health insurance while introducing innovative programs. She staffed new locations and was a member of the acquisition integration team. Sharon is an experienced trainer in the retail industry where training has a strong focus. Her communication skills are exceptional, and she can assist clients with designing and implementing effective programs to improve internal communications. Sharon has a B.S. from Syracuse University with a concentration in marketing.

Janet S. Ordini, PHR

Janet is a diversified human resources professional with experience in employee relations, performance management, compensation, organization effectiveness, staffing, training, career development and benefits. She has managed staffs of people and provided mentoring and coaching to others during her distinguished career. Janet has held positions as Corporate Director, Benefits at Amerisourcebergen; Director of Benefits at Provident Mutual Life; Manager, Transition Center at Lockheed Martin; Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Shared Medical Systems; and Senior Principal at The Valley Forge Consulting Group. She has also held positions as Director, Human Resources at Datascope Corp and Austin, Nichols & Company. In addition to her full-time work, Janet has extensive experience as a human resources consultant where she has assisted clients with projects involving employee relations, compensation, staffing, training and benefits. Janet has also functioned as a part-time or interim human resources manager. Janet has a BS in Business from Immaculata College and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
