The Challenge
Sarah strides down the hall thinking: "Everyone thinks they know what the word 'team' means, but the team I just left sure isn't living up to what I think it means. We do not all have the same expectations."
The term "team" refers to a group of individuals who work together to accomplish a specific goal. By drawing on the skills and experiences of several people, the team produces a better result than that of any one individual. That's the theory anyway . . . putting it into effective practice can be another matter!
